Education in Remote VillageS

There are many small villages in India and we have assisted several projects with their aims. Here are two examples

Tribals Transformation, India (TTI) work across India. We have helped them in NW Andhra Predesh.

TTI write: Chikkerur is a remote place, not many NGO’s are interested in such faraway places. Chikkerur Crèche was started in 1999 to help tribal and poor children. TTI believe that education and health care are important for poor and needy children. Education would bring self-esteem and health care gives them well-being.

We approached SICEWT, and after scrutinizing submitted documents, released a much-needed booster of £2,100.

We immediately added eggs and milk to the menu. Colouring books, pencils, alphabet and number blocks were given to 49 Children.

TTI and all our children and their families are grateful for the generous sponsorship by SICEWT to carry on the good work that was started here long ago.

SICEWT is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation in the UK, Registration Number 1179195
