If you are inspired by what we do, why not consider volunteering to help?

If you live near Ashford, Middlesex you could join one of the collection rounds. We go out twice a month, but you could join as many of the trips as you have time for. Each trip means visiting about 3 dozen shops with another member of the team from 9:30 to around 17:30. Alternatively, if you are willing to drive your own car and go alone we can arrange a suitable set of shops for you to visit in whatever time you have.

If you live further away why not consider visiting around 10-20 shops near your home for half a day on a three/ four- monthly basis. We would identify some shops to get you started, optimise a route for you and supply collection boxes. You would need to use your vehicle. You would also need to count the proceeds, keep records of your visits and deposit the money collected at a Post Office or HSBC. That takes about as long as the actual collection. It would be a bonus if you can use a simple Excel spreadsheet.
